Founded in 1983, LB & Sons has successfully completed a myriad of projects. A haven for artistry, competence and craftsmanship, we pride ourselves in the work that defines ourselves and our company. From constructing U.S. Postal Service buildings to assisting the U.S. State Department with Term Contracts for building repair, our experience with governmental and commercial projects is unparalleled. Restoration and renovation of prime residential and historic properties has also long been a specialty for LB & Sons. In 1998 we were awarded the Excellence in Historic Renovation award for work on the Georgetown Post Office, originally built in 1857. We pride ourselves in offering unique and valuable services such as true stucco and plaster repair and replacement, muraling and other artistry. LB & Sons is forever integrating new innovations with timeless craftsmanship, while elevating the standard for quality.
The Company was started by Larry Basalyga son of a long line of craftsmen. Spent apprenticeship working in Georgetown on Plaster Homes. In 1983 when a reluctant family was forced to go back to the union LB&SONS was created.
2007: Fairfax County-Sully Station Completed in 1799 by Richard Bland Lee, the Plaster renovation consisting of flat plaster and historical run in place cornice.
2006: Fairfax County-Meeting House Plaster renovation. Frying Pan Springs Meeting House was erected c. 1791 A complete plaster renovation including wood lath replacement. Owner Phone:
